a few species that can grow in salt water.

One of the Cephalapod family
which also includes squid, cuttlefish and the nautilus.

A
magazine devoted to the underwater world can never
have enough photos of this magnificent fish.

Urchin:
Despite
the sinister spines, urchins come out at night to
feed only on algae.
Squirrel
Fish: Not
the worlds most interesting sub-sea dweller, but
the photo does show
the importance of a good flash/strobe to the underwater
photographer.

Spirobranchus gigantus:
It
is difficult to convince divers that these are the
back end of humble aquatic worms, what you see protuding
from the coral head are it’s lungs.
Blue
Cheek Butterfly fish:
The
northeast corner of Gota Abu Ramada offers a shoal
of permanant residents that will allow you to get
within 25cm’s of them without taking fright.
Bannerfish.
Heniochus diphreutes:
Related to the butterfly fish family, it is not
surprising to see shoals of both
species swimming along together happily.
