SSI Celebrates 40 Years

SSI has been one of the leading training organizations worldwide for more than 40 years. SSI offers a global network of more than 2,400 dive centers and dive resorts in more than 110 countries and educational materials in more than 25 languages. These facts, together with the ISO/EN certification and membership of the RSTC make SSI a "reliable buddy" worldwide.

From 2010, divers of all associations are welcome to use SSI's free online portal. There, divers can upload pictures and documents, record equipment details and addresses, keep an online logbook, access the newsletter service and many other features for free. Using this service portal will make divers’ lives easier because a forgotten certification or medical statement is longer an obstacle to holiday diving.

As a special bonus for the 40th anniversary all SSI Open Water Divers certified in 2010 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland will receive the Underwater Magazine free for 6 months. For qualified divers who meet the criteria there are free certification cards for Specialty Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver and Master Diver!

Each SSI diver who attends the fair and can present his SSI certification will receive a free gift. Likewise, each SSI Dive Professional will receive a gift of an anniversary mug, if he/she appears on the mini-updates on the stand. Furthermore, there is, of course, detailed information about the 2010 Dive Trophy – it’s worthwhile having a look .... SSI - Hall 3 Stand C16
